  Vinay saw an email request from the CDSTP operations manager asking him to create a revised Operations manual with enhanced security checks incorporated.

  Vinay started working on the new Support Operations Manual for CDSTP operations. The new guidelines will detect loopholes, restrict access rights to the system core files and ensure each activity in production support goes through a three-step process. An Authorizer who would have to first authorize the production activity, a Support personnel who would execute the change and a Verifier who would then verify and approve the change.

  He then emailed it to the support team copying important stakeholders in Dochamk Bank.

  After a few days, Satish was told to resign from Holtezent and he submitted his resignation.

  Vinay and Himesh were released from the GF project. Vinay was made as the new support lead for the CDSTP operations support team. Himesh became the team lead for the CDSTP maintenance team.
